Foot pump for air shocks / seal blown

I am a couple weeks into my Morocco trip and my fork has just failed.
Rockshox Reba air.
I have never needed a shock pump on tour before, so stopped carrying one.
The left seal popped out. I have pushed it back in but I only have 45psi. That means no more off-road riding. Only lock-out for the roads.
Just spent a few days and a few hundred kms trying to find a shock pump. No luck.
I managed to find a tyre pump that goes up to 145psi. I think I need 135psi. Will try tomorrow.
But what about the seal? Internet is full of contradictory advice. Temporary glue for the trip?

I really don’t know much on this but are there any motorcycle shops? They may be able to help
