Parts wanted

Further to my wanted post a while back I have now managed to source a nice On One inbred frame for my 10 year old’s first bikepacking bike. I have a groupset for him but am in need of a few bits as follows:

A straight steerer 26” wheel QR fork suspension or rigid (a troll fork would be ideal)
Some short (ideally 155mm or so) cranks
A 1 1/8” headset
Some post mount disc brakes
A saddle for small bottoms!

Cheaper the better!

Tom ,i have a nearly new selle diva saddle you can have for carriage. wife tried it but dont like it.
it is short. 250mm.

I’ve got a 26” rockshox dart fork for think I got for postage off Stu, internals need a lube/ service but it would work.
