Hi, Sitting looking at maps planning a 2025 comeback tour...does anyone know if this section of track (between the arrows) is rideable please? Not keen on hike a bike death marches!

Path up from the loch is mostly rideable, a few peaty sections, some planks for quads on the worse sectionss and some large rocks. Over the bealach it is a faint path, I pulled the tyre off of my front wheel sliding on a slab (I saw how much sealant was inside the tyre) but somehow it popped back into the bead and kept air inside. Flat section along the river is a boggy path but with big tyres I rode most of it without getting wet feet. I think it was a very dry spell before I went across last spring.
Sorry should add I did east to west.

Pretty sure Phil has something on his blog (<edit>Here's the link - https://philsbikepacking.blogspot.com/2 ... lands.html</edit>) about that track. No doubt when he's back from his BAM he'll provide more info.

It goes ok and once over the bealach is a fine trail. Crask to the pass would be a schlep in the wet.
