Thanks. To clarify, my current bike has a 12mm x 100mm spacing in the fork, and the wheelset I'm looking at has 15mm x 100mm spacing for the front wheel. Pull the one for the 15mm off, put the one for the 12mm axle on. If your wheel doesn't have this feature then there are converter tubes that sit inside the hub and shim the difference.
The above assumes that the hub is the right width for the fork.
