Byways/Road friendly bridleways of West Yorkshire and surrounding?

I'm trying to make a 250km route for a mate.... edit edit edit. But after looking at OS maps, seems like a daft idea as there's not many off road paths that are road bike tyre friendly!!

There are enough roads around here unsuitable for road tyres, never mind the bridleways

That's a very good point John 😊 and I do often think of our roads as being similar to bridleways and rocky descents!
