Ride With GPS POI

Do I need to have the top level PREMIUM subscription ($80 pa) just to add a poi saying , Pub, Cafe, BCQ or Camping?
Seems a tad mean.
There's a Basic subscription ($60 pa) but that feature doesn't seem to be included.

Or is there a work around? Do the planning with RWG but then add POI with ???

It's really the only feature I want over the Free Starter level and doesn't really justify $80/£65
