Hullo all,
Myself and a few friends have a free weekend in early March and the plan is to drive to Devon on the friday, and do a route in either Dartmoor or exmoor (loop).
I’ve heard Dartmoor can get a bit damp for camp spots - any route recommendations/ general advice?
Cheers

Peter Gold has some nice routes here which might inspire you to link something together: https://www.gravelbiking.co.uk/tagged/route
(Not really gravel
just less boggy!)

I did this one a while back: https://bikepacking.com/routes/east-devon-trail/. Pretty hilly, but a lovely route overall. Well worth a look.
Dartmoor can be pretty boggy at that time of year (source: live within spitting distance of the southern tip of the moor) but could also be great, would depend on the weather in the preceeding weeks.
