Yes they are thick enough to protect arms n legs down to about mid calf when cycling.

If left hand side [when wearing] I will take them [ blind in that eye so wont matter to me]as long as right hand side from nose part is fine.

Are the4 UVEX ones ok - same rule applies - more interested in the clear than any other as I have sunnies
