Powder coater in Scotland
Anyone in Scotland know a good powdercoater? my Genesis is making my eyes hurt

Re: Powder coater in Scotland
I have used Pentland Powdercoaters which is behind Ikea in Edinburgh. they aren't bike frame specialists but do do them. Just be clear with them that you want a good job with the masking. if memory serves it was only £25 or £30 per frame and then £5 extra for forks or bars done at the same time. That was last year

They charged me 40 for blasting and purple sparkle on my Inbred towards the end of last year and they did mask off ok. Seems a very tough paint finish so far.

Gari - how soon are you planning to do it? I'll be making a trip down to Edinburgh later this month (to Ikea as it happens

If you want to speak to them then post it to me I don't mind dropping it in as I pass there 3 times a week on the way home from work...it may end up brown though as I like brown
