I've a large size Rab Neutrino vest (grey on the outside, blue on the inside) that has never been used and which I've just found during a cupboard clean out. I bought for my son about 7 years ago as he didn't want a full jacket but it just sat in his cupboard and was slowly forgotten. Till now.
It cost £84 from Taunton Leisure back in 2017. £45 posted? It's genuinely perfect n stuff. You need to be reasonable slim to fit into it. Like may max 5'10" and 90kg. Just saying.
