What’s the dates this year, is it 10/11th or 17/18th?

Re: Winter bivi ‘22
Good question... isn't it the weekend before the weekend before Crimbo? One weekend before it feels a bit stressy...

I was thinking about this the other day but didn't get beyond it. It has varied year to year, so does anyone have a preference?

Re: Winner bivi ‘22
Voting for 10/11th please, mainly to prevent Mrs P shouting at me for not 'helping' nearer the (admittedly minimal) festivities. Makes it easier to book a boozer as well if that's what people go for. Also a bigger gap before the Winter Event (6th/7th?). Ooh sorry, being a bit forceful today

I'll start turning random thoughts into some type of plan and start a WWB thread. I will say, expect to be north of the Towers this year.
Obviously, anyone wanting to plan something for other regions, then do carry on.

I know the Chilterns bivvy did not happen last year but would like to attend this year if possible.

Do you mean 'a cave, woman'? Or are you implying Verena will become a cavewoman?Bearbonesnorm wrote: ↑Tue Sep 06, 2022 12:13 pmA cave! I can't compete with a cave woman, best I've got is sarcasm and tussocksouth Wales being Trefil Quarries and Chartist Cave, from/to Talybont.![]()

That Majesty's bothy is only 61 miles away, so I'll be doing my best to turn up.
