which hut socks to get.
They will probably used as slippers at home as well , especially if the heating get's disabled.
The ones that come up in my feeds are the rab hut sliippers https://rab.equipment/uk/down-hut-slipper
&
the much cheaper Nordisk https://www.tiso.com/tiso-nord-1124161/ ... rd-1124161

Couple of pairs of Nordisk in our house and they work as you'd expect Phil
Seem to last well, sole's quite good and they're plenty warm enough.

May the bridges you burn light your way

I would echo what Stu says.
I've had both over the years and the Nordisk ones are equally as good.

We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

Nordisk don't seem to fit large feet

Mrs-Voodoo rabs fell apart after 2 years of house use, my north face ones took maybe 10 years to get to the same state. Personally wouldn’t be picking Rab for hut slippers, maybe just unlucky…
Can recommend TNF though

I've got the bothy boots by Rab. Work well in my uninsulated garage loft / office, stopping ankle level drafts etc. Whether I'd want to lug them around on a bike ..... mleh.
Edit - a previous version of these foxy numbers

North Face traction mules - with a rubber sole they're great all terrain slippers, much more robust than anything with a fabric sole.

Tnf tend to be hit and miss depending on if you get genuine Tnf gear or some
Of the myriad of cheap copies out there, I have big feet I don’t like them being cold
The Snugpak ones are supposedly excellent, I’m thinking of getting them ?
