Do you know what...actually Simon deserved it...He smashed past me on a climb in the night riding very strong. Id have easy caught him on the descents but it was still a long way to go. I actually woke up to an epic sunrise and rode the rest during golden hour. It was truelly incredible. Simon put in a great effort in basically XC kit, and i was in full winter kit. No idea how he did that!

The last couple of nights have been fantastic. Riding through when it's like this is one of the best ever feelings.
