What time does this start on the day? Need to decide on if I need a B&B the night before

I've just had a word with my 'catering consultant' and ... tea and toast will be served between the hours of 9.30am and 1.30pm on the Sat. You're free to set off at whatever time you like after 9.30am :)What time does this start on the day? Need to decide on if I need a B&B the night before
