Just seen the weather report for tomorrow evening, :?
"By evening a spell of particularly heavy rain is expected, this lasting for a few hours and leading to some difficult underfoot conditions, perhaps also some surface water flooding. This should clear through by midnight."
will review that tomorrow afternoon.

I think they got the weather forecast right for once
although we did encounter a spectacular hail shower too
Was a wild night, so much so that we did a low level ride
but lived to tell the tale

Re: Regular Peak District Night Ride?
Maybe it was due to our rapid pace?
That's the story I'm going with (especially as there's no one else to disagree)

Curses! Forgot that everything is in the public domain these days...
Who is interested in rides over the festive period? I'm keen for this Monday normal place and time.
I have all day on the friday 27th if anyone fancies a day ride. We may get a shock when we actially meet in the dày light!
