Free on one scandal v2 29er frame

I have a On One Scandal V2 29er frame which has sat in my garage for a long time not being used. If anyone could use it then it's free to collect from near Cambridge.

It's a very light frame, 18 inch seat tube, comes with vertical and a set of horizontal drop outs, has a head set which is likely to need replacing and seat post shims and collar. It was stripped back to bare metal a long time ago and has had a lot of use but still has a lot of life left in it.

I live near Cambridge, and have been pondering on getting a basic hardtail just this week, so defo interested. How does 18" relate to small / medium / large type sizing...?
