take it easy, look after your self. Eat heartily & healthily. get lots of rest. try and enjoy what easy exercise you can get and an easy to suit your recovery. weight does it matter I think waist measure me more, if you get fitter and more muscular, your waist can decrease but weight increase.Richard G wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 1:24 am Think I might bow out of this for a while.
Still can't train due to COVID19 related damage and I think I'll start getting obsessive about the weight gain... which really isn't going to help a mental state that's already pretty fragile because of all the fitness loss.
But most importantly look after head. mental health - mood and emotions try & stay positive. Don't crack or pack up on us.
