Johnny, yes of course, sure she would be flattered!
If you want to read it first it is the Marion Esfandiari story towards the back.

Re: PSA Cordillera V5
Just finished!
If I wasn't suffering from a severe man-flu (honestly - I'm not at all sure I'm going to make it!) I'd be out on the bike now having been thoroughly inspired - bloody good stuff!!!
I have provisional permission to ride the Tour Divide in 2018 (I'll be 43 - my favorite number) which leaves plenty of time for training and planning (too much?).
Also, it seems that I've stumbled onto something.....I found that asking spousal permission so far in advance got a significantly better response than usual. Maybe because the event is so far in the future as to be meaningless and therefore less likely to cause hassle???
Cheers, Gairy.
P.s. Kevin, I enjoyed Mrs Blackhound's piece - very nicely written.

I've only read 1&2 so far, I think I enjoyed 2 more. However if we are going for VFM then V5 has more pages and of course the aforementioned article by Mrs Blackhound.Yetiman wrote:Right if I were to buy one vol to read which I best?

I've enjoyed every volume but I'd suggest that you start with 5 and work backwards ... there's more to read and more contributions from the UK.Right if I were to buy one vol to read which I best?
