My parents have just bought themselves a "his and hers" matching pair of these, to replace their e-bikes, as they both didn't feel steady enough for two wheels.
My dad took his for his first spin this week and let me have a go.
Is it the future for all of us one day???
Funnily enough, this year I noticed loads of old biddies on e bikes riding around the place
I tried to convince my folks to have a go but they are also a bit wary about going on two wheels. One of them would be perfect!
I'd just be worried about how stable it'll be in fast corners. 2 wheels at the back and one at the front tends to mean 'tippy' ... much more stable the other way round but also much more complicated

... but it does look like fun.
Yes I've been wondering about that too... Reg I might not show them that clip
I used to volunteer for a charity supporting people with additional support needs to cycle (recently closed, lack of funding). We had those and many various other wheeled objects to cater for specific needs. Zero chance they'd wheelie or roll, even with a load on the back. Trikes and side-by-side trikes with a higher, more traditional seat/pedal position and center of gravity can.

We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.
