they will look weird for new bikers looking at older 2 x or 3x front deraileur gear systems be for large cassettes.
A bit like us looking at MTBs with canti brakes & quill (pre-A headset) stems...
actually large Chainring wear at slower rate, more chance of front crunch. shifting under load brilliant.

I added a 2x drive on my Rohloff but front shift were poor. May it was more noticeable compared to how quick a Rohloff Speedhub shifts...
