Thought I'd better say hello.

I've been inspired by Chews trip to Scotland, wifey says we can do it next June. I've done plenty or road touring in the past but nothing off road, so some new kit to be bought and test before the trip.

No chance of me camping out in the winter though.

Any tips/advice let me know.

One thing about Scotland is that you'll get all 4 seasons in one day (and usually before breakfast!) so a winter down south may be similar to summer in Scotland
