I think I have something that could meet your needs tucked away in the garage. If you're OK with DPM pattern I could dig it out and measure it up.

If you would not mind, DPM pattern is not a issue just size and water tightness,
Don't put your self out if it a big drama as I have a few in my watch list on ebay.

Thanks

I've located it, I can measure up tomorrow. It's not a normal one, it's got a person length section at one end and a section above for your kit. I'll measure it up tomorrow.

Thanks Johnny storm,
However the sizing is below what I need for the mod I have planned.
Just before I write it of completely how much depth is there as that may make the difference.
Thanks for all your time so far.

I'll have a look tomorrow. Are you at BB200? I could bring it along?

Not at the bb200 this year, I think the only bag that has these dimension is a hunka xl which is pretty much the same as a large army bag.
