If you are stuck with the return posting I could pick it up and repack it properly and then you could courier it back from my house if that helps. I pass near there on my way home from work anyway.

I run a Tangle on various medium / 18" frames. They're brilliant but I doubt you get a regular water bottle holder to work. Maybe a side entry, though not tried it myself.
