Buy a Revelate Tangle bag http://www.backcountrybiking.co.uk/product/tangle-bag/ to discourage overstuffed frame bag syndrome or a pair of Black Diamond Mercury Mitts for the winter RRP £100 but I've seen them spmewhere for about £70.
