I'm sure many folk will have seen this already but its a good read if not. Whilst your on his site go back and read his account of the 2013 Highland Trail and the 2012 Cairngorms Loop....

Cheers for that, although I think I might stop reading CL300 reports until after I've done it X_X

No danger of snow in September. Well not much danger. Probably. Funnily enough Bank holiday 2012 I was on the Isle of Skye in very warm sunshine riding very dry trails......
