Only marginally annoying, earlier in the week (Wednesday) I saw 95.7, but ate my body weight in bread products last night. I haven't yet mastered going to bed even a bit hungry, especially when there's fresh baked bread in the house! (I think my wife might be a feeder)
Sticking within my allotted calorie limit, exercising, following the rules (mostly ) and eating mostly low carbiness seems to be (slowly) bringing the numbers back down.
I've avoided doing much riding in the heat. over about 22 and I suffer, or go really slow.

SO about the same, I don't think 0.1 matters. Not even a glass of water. I do need to stop eating crap again. So easy to slip back into it. And Bread and Cheese, all the bread and cheeeeeseee

Happy with that, still seeing fluctuations of 1kg but I think thats ok. I've seen the 94.something a couple of times now so am confident its there or there abouts.
Still slowly creeping towards the sub 90 target. Perhaps in time for autumn.....

Dave... once you get sub 90kg you could even borrow my pedals (yet to be collected but you know their expensive cos they're from BigDummySteve) which have a 90kg weight limit. Am wierdly hoping that the 90kg limit will ensure I stay well away from anywhere near them numbers as they did cost me £100ish (not sure how much Steve paid but they're a RRP of 400 and silly light )
No complaints. I felt I hadn't been good enough for more loss this week but a couple of decent rides seems to have done the trick (and my eating was only not as good as it had been as opposed to being actively bad).

Ive not been on the scales, nor have i been remotely careful with my food choices. It shows in the numbers there.
Dissapointed, but not surprised to see the small fluctuation.
Did a nice overnighter (hotelpacking - sorry!) this week and so ~200km in two days on the gravel bike BUT I must admit to eating my own weight in food (fairly healthy...mostly) during and after the trip.
Then a family BBQ last night so a lot of red meat still inside
But on the whole things are still mostly on the right track so I just need to stop the creeping of old habits back into the schedule and I'll be right.
