I've had loads of deliveries recently, been on a spree - from a washing machine to stuff for the van, kids stuff and another swiss army knife, but not much biking stuff! Although did get a helmet for my youngest daughter so she can now come out on the bike. Had all 3 on my big dummy for a short stint, it's aces

Pictures please. I used to cart my son on a rear rack mounted seat and my daughter on a weird thing on the top tube. It was The Best way to get around.

It seems to vary wildly for no apparent reason. I ordered a headset from Germany which came in under a week then some other bits from the same shop which took nearly three weeks. Everything was in stock and was despatched quickly but the second order sat in Koblenz for about ten days (I was able to track the order), once it left Koblenz I had it in a couple of days. I'm sure your stuff will turn up eventually.

I've had three on the back before - picked up my daughter from a play date and dropped two of her friends off home on the way back. That was fun, they loved it, squeals of laughter most of the way

But this time was older two on the back and baby on a weeride in front. I guess that means I could get 4 kids on, would be impossibly heavy though!

and brought a cheapo copy bar mount for my garmin etrex, ordered before i seen someone on here say don't bother with the cheap copies and pay the extra for the real mccoy. havent had it out for a spin yet but it does seem a bit sh!t as the stopper bit at the bottom doesnt actually click in place properly

I bought one of these too, I heated it up with a hot air gun and bend it a bit and its now fine.

"Delving In Dinorwig" book. Have almost used up my lockdown book stash, so am topping up. I luuuuurrrrve slate and there's some fantastic stories and photos in this book. Biking connection? Well one of my "pending" BaM trips is a little wobble from Bangor station, Bethesda, bivi in Dinorwig quarry, Telegraph Valley, Y Fron (bivi), Nantlle, and back to Bangor, so that sort of counts.

I actually wanted a copy of "Dinorwic Quarry 1780-1969" by Reg (top man!) Jones but they go for well over fifty quid now which seems a bit steep. If anyone's got one I'll take it off your hands please (and don't say "£49 to you Reg" )
