
Here's my effort:
Pasta with Tuna, Leek and Lime.
Ingredients:
1 Leek
1 Lime
1 carton of Creme Fraiche (300ml)
Herbs of your choosing
1 tin of tuna
Knob of butter (no sniggering

Serves 2
Cooking time 20 minutes.
Slice the leek.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the leek and cook on medium until it softens.
Zest the lime skin and add to the saucepan.
Add the creme fraiche.
Add the herbs.
Squeeze the lime juice into the pan.
Mix thoroughly, simmer for 10 mins whilst cooking the pasta.
Add the drained tuna to the sauce, mix until warm throughout.
Drain pasta, serve and enjoy.
