Enjoy. I did it in 2016. I found North Island tough due to the hills but the South is easier terrain after first day.
You will have a great time.

Just back from riding South Island had amazing time. Got though just before the lock down for the fire near Nelson. The tour FB page was really helpful for info when we were out there. Will try and the write the trip once over the jetlag
