Last year I took a solo trip along the southern part of the GR5.
It was a fantastic experience, but would have been better with some company.
Some of the descents (and even the traverses) were a little too techy to commit to without
someone to call for rescue if things went wrong.
I have also promised my wife that the solo part of such a trip was a one off.
So this year I am looking to do something similar, but with some company.
I am thinking of something like a tour of Mont Blanc, Chemin du soliel or Trans Verdon.
A ride where suspension is useful, not a gravel route.
Anyone want to join me?

Hi Tonto
Potentially up for something like this - my personal preference would the Trans Verdon having ridden in the area before.
How long are you planning for the trip and what time of year?
Cheers
Mike

Hi Mike
I am quite flexible on both time and duration, a week would probably be right.
Trans Verdon is good for me.
