I enjoyed that, thanks. I think I'd have found it difficult to keep my spirits up if I'd lost my camera I once lost a strap off a feed bag and it played on my mind for hours... and I made it myself so it only took minutes to make a replacement
With regard to the axles, I have a DT Swiss RWS through axle on my MTB but they make them in all sizes so will probably have the correct size for your road bike. They make a model with a removable end which is the lever to do them up. You can leave it on for easy removal or just pull it off for extra security. The dimensions of your current axles are probably marked on them to be able to select the right size and thread.

Weather for tonight's 300km looking reasonable for the time of year. Should be a laff if I can stay awake.
Still riding Neil? My usual lead out man from Cardiff is towing me round, with ChrisN joining us after Glastonbury tomorrow for cake and banter, but say Hello if you spot a Wessex RC jersey or just guess which one I am out of all the red Gabba jackets and Mason bikes.

Hopefully some Type 1 fun in amongst the Type 2.

Hey fella. Sorry to ask this but did we bump into each other at McDonald's, then later riding along the sea front? I'm not sure if I misheard names at the time. I'm not sure if I'm confused or not right now, after seeing your post.

That's right. Recognised you leaving Amesbury McDs. Rode along the seafront chatting about your Chapman entry, then a bit more in the control in Poole. Think you were in the Yatton Cafe at the same time as us as well?

OK cool, outside McDonalds I misheard who you said you were on the forum, hence confusion now. haha, all caught up now though. LOL
By the way, I'm trying to get to 100 subscribers on the YouTube channel to get some other features so if you have a YouTube account and could help me out by subscribing that would be much appreciated.
Super job, keep it up.
The inspiration worked, did the Winter Solstice 200 on Dec 22nd, very steady 8.30 moving time just under 10 overall. I convinced some friends to do it as well. So a big Christmas thank you!
Targets are being set

That's great Paul. I'm aiming to do a few more Northen Audaxs later in the year Paul if you fancy meeting up for some.
