a nordisk oscar 10 sleeping bag
lightweight at 330 g [as light as it gets in synthetic] then for some unfathomable reason they have used metal buckles on the stuff sack so it weighs more than 10 % of the bag ![48 g] it does have an integrated stuff sack so you dont actually need it
why so light on the bag then pointlessly heavy on the sack?

I lovely pair of 29x2.1 Racing Ralph's for my fat 29er. I can't believe they have ever been used.
Cheers Steve.

RSF book
even better than I'd imagined it would be. I don't know where they are for Bob's easy way (page 45) but if it's in Wales it's got BB200 written all over it

Re: The post man's been ...
Good find that Dave and a good result of that thread I guess. I suppose I'll put that on my 'needs' list as the Borah is a bit slippy and no full proofed... where from you found the older higher rated HH model? Yhanks
Re: The post man's been ...
A pair of DT Swiss Rims and a 29er tube from wiggle. They suddenly had then in stock and £20 odd quid cheaper than anywhere else so I had to click buy.

A new maxle for my Reba forks. Most of a new drivetrain (cassette, rear mech and chain) for Cath's road bike. Unfortunately it had all worn too much so she also needs the chainrings replacing
They should be here tomorrow.

Quite often think it’s better to ride the drivetrain to deaths and then just replace everything in one hit.whitestone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2019 8:48 am A new maxle for my Reba forks. Re: The post man's been ...
Replaced 105 with the same. Well a longer cage mech to take care of the slightly bigger cassette. The mech was completely shagged - no tension in the spring to keep the chain off the chainstayPaulB2 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2019 10:24 amAn excuse to upgrade?voodoo_simon wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2019 9:06 amQuite often think it’s better to ride the drivetrain to deaths and then just replace everything in one hit.whitestone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2019 8:48 am A new maxle for my Reba forks. Simon - never sure which is best: full drivetrain destruction or rolling replacement. I've gone two chains per cassette and two cassettes per chainring on my mountain bike.
