Look at the Nitto R14
I have one, it's pretty much the same thing as the salsa, except for the fact you can actually buy it

So would these racks (Nitto R14 or the Salsa) fit something like them nano bags (Revelate Nano bikepacking bag thingies for example) aswell??

possibly, but they are more suitable for strapping things to the top i think
they don't have much that would support things down the sides
