Westcountry Way and other longish mtb routes in sw
I live in Cornwall and fancy a 3-4 day ride this summer, thinking about the Westcountry Way. Starts in Plymouth, crosses Dartmoor then on to Exmoor and then heads ESE over Quantock Hills and finishes in Taunton. Has anyone done it, know someone who has, know where I can get a GPX route for free or think I should be doing something different instead?
Time would be better spent getting the miles in instead of fretting about how many ml of meths to carry...

I recall buying the Sarn Helen route guide many moons ago. It's okay but parts of the route are awful and best avoided ... the bit about 'following the ancient Sarn Helen roman road' is a bit of a joke too, there's only a few places that the route goes anywhere near the actual Sarn Helen (or where it's believed to be).Has anyone bought a route from these people?
Sorry, back to your question ... yes I have and it was okay. Obviously the WCW wouldn't contain any of the issues I have with the SH route guide

May the bridges you burn light your way
