There's only one bothy within the vacinity of CyB ... what are you after, a day ride that goes past it? Where do you want to start from?
May the bridges you burn light your way

Yeah a days ride past would be good. Would be better to start north of it and head south to it to save too much driving.

Was it that crap bit, you know, the infamous bit?
If Stu says yes, then my advice would be to plan a different route........

No, it was a less crap bit. The bit with the spooky metal shack in the woods, I believe the infamous CLINT photograph was taken thereWas it that crap bit, you know, the infamous bit?

Don't the crap bits make it more fun though? I'll be going in a couple of weeks and seeing how I do (probably poorly)

Not sure if you ride the classic 2014 bb200? But if it’s the section I’m thinking of it really is very special. Ground worth traversing to experience its unique qualities.
Once ‘ridden’ never forgotten!

For those in the know, it's the section of lovely remote rocky track that ultimately veers off through some trees (some might have being lay across the track), then spits you out onto some tussocky hillside pretending to be a bridleway. After meandering through that maze you finally found yourself on a farm track ... anyway, it's that bit but in reverse
