A new film from Barry. I think it's very good and in my humble opinion, captures much of what UK bikepacking actually is. It must be good because at no point did I say "tw@t' out loud to myself ... quite unusual that is

A few BBers on film there. Interesting in the Dales, it was "oh, it's that track down ... Is that? etc." Fair play for heading up the Roman Road into a headwind, it's bad enough with a tailwind

Enjoyed that. Anything that makes me want to go out and ride is a good thing!

Really enjoyed that too, in fact, don’t think i’ve seen a vid from Barry that i’ve not enjoyed!
Imo he’s got a really good ‘presenting style’, would like to see him on something like Countryfile

He’s editing is spot on, that’s what makes it for me along with the complete lack of pretence. Although he lost a mark for jangly guitar music.

That looked like fun. He carries an awful lot of stuff though for just a few days away. Looked like a 20l front bag plus 16.5l Orlieb saddle pack, plus wee cockpit bags. We were five weeks in Spain with no more than that, but he has two fork bags too.

I believe he carries all/most of his food, even on longer trips.

I liked that too. I'd not seen any of Barry's films before so looking forward to browsing now.
