As some of you have guessed, I'm buggering off for a little while, so a very quick thank you to everyone here who's ever come for a ride with me or asked me along...to all those that have kept me on the turps...to all that I've been lucky enough to share a bothy/hedge/forest/chapel/flat spot. To the lads who looked after me on the Winter Bivvy weekend this year...you feckers make me want to tear up.
Stay cool good people of Bearbonesland...I shall return to ruin your fun.
Oh - and MaM - your flask is at Casa Goose. I'll let them know you'll pick it up at some point. Seemed the sensible thing to do and it'll get you out for a night in the birdhide.

Back to Brisbane, Taylor. Thanks for comin' out that time to LCB when you weren't well. That was a great night even when the fireplace didn't play ball.
Grind on.

You don't want to go to Brisbane, it's hot and sunny.
Happy memories staying at the Story Bridge Hotel when it was a hostel in the 80's. Have a VB for me.

Good luck in your antipodean adventure Scott, your public toilet companion Ernesto sends best wishes as well (that sounds a bit suspect
) I'm hoping to do a 700km route he's developing around an area called Spanish Lapland. It's due to population density rather than climate.

You'll leave quite a gap in the BB landscape Scott - will miss your inimitable posts. Still, like Arnie 'Ace' Rimmer you'll be back so we'll smoke you a kipper and keep the handpumps primed ready.

it's not that I can and others can't, it's that I will and others won't.
