I'm sure there are rules about racing on the public roads. I wonder what Police Scotland will have to say about this.
I've long had a plan for a Celtic Capitals tour. Cardiff, Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh.

I've had one in my head too for a tour. As I live on the north Wales coast, I've thought of riding a loop of the Irsh sea. So 50 miles to Holyhead, ferry across to Dublin, head north to Belfast, ferry to Stranrar and down through the Lakes and home. Whether I actually get it done is another thing.....

Beaten to it ... however, my version had a far catchier title 'The rocky road to Dublin' which obviously means that it wasn't all tarmac

May the bridges you burn light your way

Didn't you bring this up this time last year Stu ,and something about listening too much to the Dubliners with the title ,if I remember right I advised on not taking certain routes when you come out of the north wall terminal otherwise youd just be left with your pedalsBearbonesnorm wrote:Beaten to it ... however, my version had a far catchier title 'The rocky road to Dublin' which obviously means that it wasn't all tarmac

Another tour of Scottish Trunk Roads....
There have been a few of these advertised in the last couple of years, have any of them actually taken place?
