On a serious note i have an option in mind for car parking so as stu said it would be a help if we could know the majority of numbers by say the weekend of the 30th at latest or there abouts. There is also an option elsewhere if my first plans go to ratshit :0)

I think stu mentioned a 11pm start time. There is more than likely going to be a pub at the start now so I'm planning on getting there around 7ish and having a pub meal and maybe a beer before we ride.

Yeah, as Mike says it'll likely be fairly late when we depart. One of us will confirm a time once we've got the route nailed down ... it's all about the timing
