The fatoldman has been out for a while on the wednesday evening ride. Discovered I had got 2 broken spokes, which is god's way of saying time to lose some weight, nb I am way below 20 stone at present.
It is nearly dark evenings now, which is great because we love riding in the dark. Must replace my spokes before the weekend.
