Turkey trip ?

So I have snagged some cheap flights to Istanbul for a week in late October.

Not even decided to take bikes or not [want to]....

Just wondering if anyone had any experience, information, blogs or suggestions of low cost, chilled, fun stuff to do.

I find putting foil over the legs helps to stop them burning or drying out.

There's some fantastic sea kayaking to be had along the Lycian coast. Sailing's pretty good too, both dinghies & cruisers.
