Haha what a coincidence, leven is the ace bikes for sale hotspot where nobody want's to buy them. I can't shift mines for some reason I thought it would have sold ages ago. Mines is way better spec and cheaper than the other's I've seen for sale. Oh well guess I'll be keeping it

Got a ti Stooge 650b frame only I might be persuaded to let go.
Currently built up and in everyday use but do have another frame lined up.
See Stooge website for details.
They are one size and I am 5'10" so using straight seat post and 60mm stem.
Andrew at Stooge will give you a suggested build and stem length for your height.
Looking for £650 frame only.

Marin Pine Mountain 2017 size Large (the red one) so perfect for your height - Brand new, bought form LBS that was closing down (MuddyBums in Cardiff - I have the receipt) - completely stock and never ridden, but does have a few marks from being on the shop floor, nothing more than the odd paint chip.
The best part is that it comes with a wheel upgrade for bike packing duties - now sporting the original hubs hand built onto Stans Hugo 52 rims, to give a bit more tyre volume for loaded riding.
A little over you budget at £650 collected, but remember, its a new bike with bikepacking upgrades already included !
This is the one I have for sale - not this is a stock image - i am in Norway this week so don't have access to my bike for picture taking.

I'm 6ft, and have mine (29+ version) set up singlespeed with a 70mm stem and Jones cut bars, and a layback post. Not selling it though.

You'll notice the difference in the ride between the b+ and 29+ models - longer chainstays so it doesn't feel quite as agile in the turns. It's still a very nice bike though.
