For GPS and garmin junkies - Heatmap

Post by numplumz »

via a site called raceshape.com and Strava rides I created this cool heatmap of all the rides I have on record over the past few years.
bit of fun, but could be usefull tool to some.

I seem to have spent a fair bit of time in wales :D
And it just reminds me how big that Cairngorm loops race was

That's pretty cool, cheers.

raceshape has some other geeky tools like calculating the area inside the route you have ridden.

Nant yr Arian Summit Trail - 2 square miles
The Gap Loop - 24 square miles
Epic 130km Beacons Loop - 56 square miles
Bear Bones 200 - 122 square miles

Totally pointless, yet strangely compelling :geek:
