Another kilo down...now at 66.5Kg. Reduced calorie intake doing the job...could also be wasting muscle as I've not been riding much.

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
Have just reminded me to update my numbers...
I hit my lowest ever rolling average in the US, and I'm glad to have put on a little since then!

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
I'm now hovering around 10st 10lb (well not hovering as I'm still way to heavy for any kind of levitation)
But considering I got up to 12st 4lb after my surgery I'm happy to still be shrinking. Not really dieting just sticking to lchf and still trying to ride as much as I can

Went to Amsterdam... maybe went a bit far with my excess.
Getting it back under control (before my trip to the US).

I don't seem to be able to drop below 67.5 without damaging myself. Need to ride more and hack less.

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
Here is the basic start weight v last posted weight (in KG) chart in black and white.
In December the final totals will be compiled and a special "awards ceremony" will take place with prizes etc.
KEEP UP WITH IT - not long to go - and don't forget to post your weights.
Cheers, Mike.

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
I didn't know this was a competition
, maybe I can sneak in with a late entry,
this race I may get near the top 10. there is a first time for everything .
april started lchf at 111 .2 kg ,now 92.1 kg
the only thing I can moan about is how much firkin money it has cost to buy all the bike clothes is a smaller size.
but I have kept all the other stuff for when I decide to splurge out and ram my face in cake and ice cream and eat and eat

Fantastic effort, well done.
Its not competitive in the least. the prizes are just an intensive to keep going with this.
There will be winners as such (no prize for the person who has lost the most) as the rewards for loosing weight speak for themselves but as a reward for everyone's efforts, there will be a draw gifts will be given out (not chosen by me I must add).

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
OK Folks Question: When do you want this challenge (well the 2017 version at any rate) to finish: Before or after Christmas?
The obvious cut off date would be 31.12.17 but its a busy time of year for eating and drinking, so the results could be...umm.. a little off.
I therefore suggest we have the final weigh in the week before Chrsitmas so by Wednesday 20th December - the day to post up your final weight and this will be used in the final calculations etc.
Obviously we can go to New Years Eve, but having inevitably stuffed my face over Christmas, it may not accurately reflect my weight.
Up to you lot as this is a personal journey for everyone but for official purposes, it would be nice to know a date for compiling the list and awarding the prizes.
Cheers,
Mike.

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
I've not seen my scales since our first (of three) house move months ago but given the long days and sleepless nights I've currently been putting in I'm hoping I've shed a bit of girth. Will update if/when I unpack the scales.
Keep up the good work folks!

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
I'm still a bit of a mess to be honest (I put on way too much weight when my broken rib was healing), but I'll go and put my numbers in anyway... just for the sake of honesty.

Pooh - I’ve just spent the last few months sitting on my bum, drinking tea and eating cake
I’ve undone half of my hard earned loss, now back up to 89.3kg

Re: BareBones Fatfighters - The weigh in
Well into the final month now folks - well done if you are still keeping up with this!
My current weight 85.7kg
Plan is to now just take this to the New Year with 31st Dec being the final day of this challenge and the prize giving
.
If we could all post up out FINAL weight by the 31st than that would be just perfect.
Mike.
