Gravel "Le Jog"
Considering Le Jog for next year; likely April /May time
In order to give it a Bear Bones twist I would like to use as many gravel tracks as possible.
Only recently starting planning, and have no preference on route.
Aiming for ~1000miles max
Any gravel tracks people would recommend be included? Be more interesting that roads.

I believe that a Mr Barter of this parish did something similar a couple of years ago.

Here you go http://my.viewranger.com/route/details/NzU3Nzc=
We had to modify the route on the fly due to time and weather issues, so did not ride this exactly. Chicken Legs can link his Strava actual if he sees this. I've detoxed from it.
I plan to return to it and improve the route once more, it is a belter as it is though!

My girlfriend an I rode from Jersey/Poole to Shetlands by the Outer Hebrides riding as much off road and single tracks as possible. I can send you the route.
I quite liked decent trails in spots I would not have expected so, like just outside Luton...
Or riding 2 h on a white beach...

Re: Gravel "Le Jog"
I keep thinking about something long and gravelly in the UK and so I'd definitely be interested in taking a look at this route.
If Andy has that Strava route link and Gian fancies sending his route that'd be grand!

Re: Gravel "Le Jog"
Have a look at the Badger Divide route. That negotiates a suitable route through much of the highlands.
