I'm guessing it's something like that Liberty House Group (who own Trillion) are investing in/buying(?) Shand or something maybe?

Liberty House are really into bikes, and metal, and are huge, they bought Tata UK's Steel works earlier this year.

Trillion! Never heard of them.
And the reasons I want a Shand is the smallish numbers and hand made frames, amongst other things.

That's not really going to change. We'll still be building all our bikes the same way. Our capacity will increase to deal with production of the Trillion frames and perhaps other projects but the Shand brand should be relatively unaffected other than reduced leadtimes.RobMac wrote:And the reasons I want a Shand is the smallish numbers and hand made frames, amongst other things.

Nice to hear steven :)
I know of Trillion, because the factory's about half a mile from my house, and hit local news when they opened, etc..

It seems that was only part of the story.
It's not just a partnership - Liberty House has bought Shand:
