Via Dinarica - Albania to Slovenia

I have been looking at the Via Dinarica route across south east Europe which connects Albania, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
It would appear that a green route either exists or is the planning stage which would be suitable for cyclists.
Does anyone have any info that might be useful or ridden something similar ?

Don't know the route, but you might want to do some research into minefields and UXO. Some parts of the Balkans are definitely very nice, but I wouldn't want to go back to Albania or Kosovo...

My only personal experience of the region is going clubbing in Slovenia for a weekend, they love their techno!
no biking was involved sadly but plenty of drinking and much fun was had, great place.

I managed to find a gpx for the route when I started looking into it a while ago. I don't know anything about the quality of the route though. PM me if you want it.

Oh so what I have is a gpx of the Via Dinarica white trail, which is apparently a 690 mile hiking route. I can't find any information about whether bikes are allowed on the trails or not though.

Yeah, from reading through a lot of that, it seems the white trail is a hiking trail, but there should be a route called Via Dinarica BH MTB which roughly follows it. I can't find any actual information about it this MTB route though.
