Salsa El Mariachi 2012 custom built bike. Size is XL and suits me at 6'2".
I bought the frame from Richmond bikes ladt year and built it up. The frame was ex demo and doesn't have a mark on it. It is Jungle Fever Green, a lovely metallic that looks fantastic.
Frameset has the Alternator dropouts giving plenty of options on how to set the bike up. A bit of a bikepacking classic and uses triple-butted Salsa Kung-Fu tubing.
Forks: Manitou Tower Expert 100mm travel.
Wheelset: Shimano XT mt75 29er. UST tubeless ready.
Tyres: Maxxis Ardent 2.4" front. Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.2" rear.
Drivetrain: SLX double crankset, SLX front and rear mechs. 11-36 cassette.
Brakes: Shimano Deore with 180mm front and 160mm rear rotors.
Bars: Sixpack Leader 750
Stem: Salsa 100mm (options available)
Seatpost: Reverse Components 10mm setback
Saddle: WTB Silverado
Grips: Superstar Components lock on.
Mostly very low mileage. Brakes and bars are only 3 rides old.
Fantastic versatile steel framed classic. I also have a brand new Salsa Firestarter steel fork for sale rhat i bought to use with the bike on a planned NZ trip that due to a long term injury won't now be happening.
Looking for £500.
Viewing and collection preferred in Bristol but I will courier at buyers expense, approx £30

Re: Salsa El Mariachi XL 29er
I'd be interested in the frame if you split this. I have a large el mar that I could do with being an XL
