Do you fancy trying a slightly bigger burner in that?Comes with a small top burner which looks pretty useless but managed to boil 750ml of water in about 7 minutes.

Absolutely. Ive still got the the Afterburner and the BB22G stoves. Have you got something else in mind? The 22G stove burns really hot - I actually wonder whether it would be too hot for the cone which traps every skerrick of heat.Bearbonesnorm wrote:Do you fancy trying a slightly bigger burner in that?Comes with a small top burner which looks pretty useless but managed to boil 750ml of water in about 7 minutes.
Yes, I'll give you a shout after the weekend. I imagine the cone would starve a 22g of air, it might also produce an air gap between stove and pot base which wouldn't be good.. Have you got something else in mind?
It's great that Spain has that emergency tyre delivery service.rufus748 wrote:Replacement tyre (Conti Race King) after the last one blew on the Spain C2C.
The bead came detatched (unraveled) and fortunately the supplier agreed it was a manufacturing fault so it was under warranty.
Still grateful for the '5th emergency' service that mobilised and came to bail me out 20 miles from nowhere.
Thanks guys!
