For the 20l besides £21 and some webbing ladder why is this an improvement on an Airlok Dual?

I spoke to them about them recently - its sturdier material and has the harness built in. There's a weight penalty too of course. Just the one colour, which isn't great if you want to maximise visibility.

How much bigger?

I think there's a limit to how much can be carried under a saddle without the pack being so long that swinging is detrimental to the handling of the bike.

There's the Big Papa, not waterproof though IME all of it doesn't need to be, I have a small dry bag inside.

My salsa el mariachi is an xsm (14inch?) and I can fit a frame bag in - my half frame bag works pretty well though

happy with my Airlok Dual 20l, never had any problems with either the waterproofness or the fastening so can't see its worth the jump from £20 to £40?

but then again what do I know!

looks good , have some experience of designing welded bags, and they are dead strong ! .... also cost looks good as presumably made in china (they are good at welding things over that way) and it says not made in uk like their other bags.
look interesting anyway

Altura and Madison also have this kind of stuff available too at a similar price.

It will be interesting to see how Apidura respond as their bags are broadly similar but more expensive.
